The bathroom has a walk-in shower, WC, wash basin, mirror and shower plugs. 

 There is a spacious furnished balcony accessed through the living room as well as the bedroom with sea views perfect for relaxing and dinning. A fresh cold-water machine is also provided. The apartment has brand new fitted air conditioning throughout as well as ceiling fans in the bedrooms and lounge area. Free Wi-Fi is available as well as a full sky tv package with catchup. The complex offers two lovely communal pools and a children's pool all with sun beds perfect for relaxing and unwinding in the beautiful sunshine. There are toilets and showers located in the pool area. There is a fully equipped gym on the complex as well as a communal garden and tennis courts. The apartment has its own ground level undercover parking space and is accessed via the stairs/lift.

  Located in the all year round resort of Kapparis this apartment is just a 40 mins drive from Laranca Airport. There are plenty of bars and restaurants in the local area and the beach is just a 15/20 mins walk. The bustling resort of Agia Nappa is only a 15 min drive away, and if you fancy some shopping the town of Paralimin is just a 5 min drive away. There is a bus stop located not too far from the apartment for those less keen to drive which runs between Paralimin and Agia Nappa up to every 15 mins in the peak season. Taxis in the area are available and are reasonably priced.
